Alternatively, you can use our brand-new online booking system. It’s incredibly user-friendly, quick and hassle-free. You can use our booking system to make an appointment with us at any time. 

Yes, we do. With our extensive team of electricians, we are usually able to accommodate last minute bookings into our schedule.  

However, we do not currently offer out of hours service or weekend call outs.  

At Keith Gunn, we believe our amazing team should have a good work/life balance, so we have recently moved the majority of our electricians to a 4-day working week.  

Not only is this great news for our team, but it also means that we are able to offer early evening and late afternoon appointments, so you don’t have to take a day of work when you book with us!

Our office opening hours are as follows:

Monday -7:30am – 6pm 

Tuesday – 7:30am – 6pm 

Wednesday – 7:30am –6pm 

Thursday – 7:30am –6pm  

Friday 9:30am – 16:30pm  

We offer free quotes and surveys for all our electrical installation work.  

The only services where we don’t offer free surveys and quotes for are electrical repairs. Typically, we would advise you that an electrician would need to attend to investigate the issue to provide a solution.  

However, we may ask you to send us photos over email to save you the cost if we are able to do so.  

Although we never advise carrying out electrical work by yourself, our team can offer solutions to your electrical issues. We also have a variety of help guides that may be useful to you. 

We accept the following payment methods:  

• Our preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. Our banking details are at the footer of all our invoices.  
• We can take credit or debit card payments over the phone. 
• Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash or cheques.

We are able to install any materials or fittings you supply, however, please note that we do not issue any guarantees or warranties on client supplied items.  

We would always recommend purchasing your electrical items through us, which allows you to receive a 2-year warranty as standard. We can even extend these warranties on some of our items.
